Springside Offers Pilates Classes

We now offer a comprehensive Pilates class and session program for our members. Class times and package rates are listed below.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Moves involve slow, precise movements and breath control with the goal of using the stability of central core muscles to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities.

It’s a great workout that strengthens and stabilizes your core body so you can move more efficiently while improving posture, flexibility, and mobility.

Enjoy Ultimate Frisbee

One of the benefits of providing our members with a spacious, 20,000 square-foot fieldhouse is the ability to hold unique fitness classes and events, such as Ultimate Frisbee.

What Is Ultimate Frisbee?

Led by Personal Trainer Charles Dobbins, this non-contact team sport is for individuals of every skill level and a fun, engaging cardiovascular workout designed to improve your agility, coordination and functional athleticism.

The rules are simple. Points are scored by passing a Frisbee to a teammate in your opponent’s end zone. Players aren’t allowed to take steps while holding the disc, and interceptions, incomplete passes and passes out of bounds are turnovers.

Ultimate Frisbee Session Times

No experience playing Ultimate Frisbee? No problem. All that’s required is a desire to run and have fun.

This class has no sign-up requirement and takes place in the fieldhouse on Tuesdays from 7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and on Fridays at 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
