Golf

Springside offers a TrackMan Golf Simulator and an indoor driving range. The indoor driving range features 10 bays, unlimited balls, range attendants, and a full bar and concessions stand. Driving Range Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00am-3:30pm Saturday:  1:00pm-6:00pm Sunday:  7:00am-11:00am Driving Range Fees: 30 Minute Session: $15 Member | $20 Non-Member 60 Minute Session: $25 Member | $30 Non-Member 3 Month Unlimited: $250 Member | $300 Non-Member 6 Month Unlimited: $400 Member | $450 Non-Member Improve your golf game with the The TrackMan Golf Simulator! TrackMan measures the full flight of golf shots from 4 feet to 400 yards with an accuracy of 1 foot at 100 yards. The precise measurements developed by TrackMan have been fine-tuned for the indoor golf environment offering the most authentic gameplay available on the market. It can be booked for up to 3 hours max, and supports up to 4 guests at a time. Simulator Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday – Sunday:  8:00am-5:00pm Simulator Fees: $60 per hour (+$5 fee for Non-Members)

Tennis

Springside features five Art Deco turf indoor tennis courts and six outdoor tennis courts. Outdoor courts are included in the membership fee, while indoor courts are reserved on an hourly basis. Reservations may be made one week in advance, and permanent court time is available September through May. For the avid player, unlimited memberships are also available. Basketball

A focal point of our facility is our NBA competition basketball court. Open men’s games are: Sundays: 12-2PM Monday,Tuesday,Thursday: 4:30-6:30PM Thursdays: 5-7PM

Racquet Sports

Racquetball at its finest can be enjoyed on our four parquet courts, which can also be used for wallyball. There are no court fees, and reservations may be made one week in advance. Fall, winter, and spring leagues are available for all levels. Private and group lessons are available for tennis for all ages and levels. Pickleball was just recently added to our list of racquet sports. There are up to four indoor Pickleball courts on our basketball court and three on the outdoor tennis courts. The sport is just down right fun and relatively easy to pick up!

Group Fitness

There’s a program to fit every need at Springside, from JR workouts for our young members to Senior classes. We offer a variety of aerobics and adult exercise programs to help our members firm up and stay toned. They include Yoga, Kettlebell, ABSolution, and Specialty classes such as Kick Boxing and Spinning. For walking, jogging, and running, our 1/12th mile cushioned track encircling the basketball and Pickleball courts is easy on the joints and available anytime.

General Fitness

Springside offers a full complement of treadmills, steppers, bikes, rowers, and elliptical cross-trainers for your cardiovascular needs — all adaptable to any program. Equipment is strategically located throughout the facility to prevent overcrowding and the need to wait on equipment. We offer a full line of Cybex Selectorize Resistance equipment. Known for their design, safety, effectiveness, and ease of use. Springside also features A functional fitness area featuring Assault bikes and Assault Air runners. Our free weights range from 5-100lb dumbbells. We have brand new weight equipment and you will not have to wait for the equipment you need.
