We believe in total-body fitness and our commitment to that concept is represented by a variety of spa-quality amenities and services.
Physical Fitness Assessment
All new Springside members may request a complete orientation and Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) administered by a trained staff person, which measures fitness components such as body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. We review the results with you and can be develop a fitness program to address your individual needs and interests.
We highly recommend connecting with one of our trainers after completing the physical fitness assessment to capitalize on the findings. A fitness assessment is a valuable tool used to establish baseline measurements and can be used to monitor your performance and assess your progress throughout your exercise training, as well as help set attainable fitness goals.
Note: We do ask that you be willing to share some aspects of your medical history with your staff person prior to taking the PFA. You may be asked about the types of medications you take, any problems you have with dizziness or pain, or any medical condition that may impair your ability to exercise.
Our certified professional trainers are available to help you make your health and fitness goals a reality. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our qualified trainers can assist you with a program specifically tailored to your needs and interests. Half-hour and hour sessions are available in individual and multiple packages.

Private Steam Room
Each of our well-stocked locker rooms is spacious and beautifully maintained, and features its own private sauna. Members can also relax in our dry saunas, located in both men and women’s locker rooms.
Sauna Health Benefits
Our sauna facilities provide a number of benefits. Sweating induced by saunas may be beneficial for people with conditions such as COPD, congestive heart failure and peripheral arterial disease.
Saunas may also help reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, and can be advantageous for muscle recovery after sports. People experiencing depression and anxiety may also find sauna bathing helpful.
Dry Sauna Health Benefits
Those with conditions aggravated by humidity may prefer our dry saunas. Dry sauna bathing may benefit individuals with rheumatic diseases such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Regular sessions may also benefit people with chronic fatigue and pain syndromes.

Springside features two massage and spa rooms staffed by licensed professionals who really know how to ease those aches and pains and help you relax. Pamper yourself or a loved one with a variety of luxurious spa treatments sure to make you feel great.
In addition to being relaxing, massage therapy has many documented benefits, including easing muscle pain, relieving headaches and improving sleep. Our licensed therapists will work with you to achieve your desired benefits.
