Springside Offers Pilates Classes
We now offer a comprehensive Pilates class and session program for our members. Class times and package rates are listed below.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Moves involve slow, precise movements and breath control with the goal of using the stability of central core muscles to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities.
It’s a great workout that strengthens and stabilizes your core body so you can move more efficiently while improving posture, flexibility, and mobility.
