The ultimate cardiovascular challenge! Be prepared to tone your abs, arms, buns and legs and get a killer cardio workout at the same time. This class provides overall physical conditioning that can improve endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. It includes a combination of boxing, martial arts and aerobics using basic punches and kicks. This is a high intensity class suitable for all levels!
