Springside is proud to offer state-of-the-art equipment for meeting each of our members’ fitness needs. We also offer specific programs tailored to help our members achieve their fitness goals, all under the direction of degree’d professionals.

Assessment

All new Springside members may request a complete orientation and Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) administered by a trained staff person. The PFA measures fitness components such as body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. A consultation is scheduled to review the results of the PFA, and a fitness program can be developed to address individual needs, interests, and areas of improvement.

Cardiovascular Equipment

Springside offers a full complement of treadmills, steppers, bikes, rowers, and elliptical cross-trainers for your cardiovascular needs — all adaptable to any program. Equipment is strategically located throughout the facility to prevent overcrowding and the need to wait on equipment.

Group Fitness

There’s a program to fit every need at Springside, from JR workouts for our young members to Senior classes. We offer a variety of aerobics and adult exercise programs to help our members firm up and stay toned. They include Yoga, ABSolution, and Specialty classes such as Kick Boxing and Spinning. For walking, jogging, and running, our 1/12th mile cushioned track encircling the basketball and Pickleball courts is easy on the joints and available anytime.

Strength Training Equipment

We offer a full line of Cybex Selectorize Resistance equipment. Known for their design, safety, effectiveness, and ease of use. Springside also features A functional fitness area featuring Assault bikes and Assault Air runners. Our free weights range from 5-100lb dumbbells. We have brand new weight equipment and you will not have to wait for the equipment you need.
