Springside welcomes senior members with programs that provide a wide range of activities. No matter what your age or fitness level, you’re sure to find fun, fitness, and friends at Springside.
Morning classes are especially popular with our members, and many others take part in personal training programs specifically designed for their particular needs. Other Springside programs include adult fitness yoga and more!
A brisk walk on our cushioned indoor walking track is great for the heart and easy on the joints. And no matter what your fitness level, you can perform chin-ups, pull-ups, and dips on our assisted pull-up machine, a strength training machine designed to provide gravitational assistance while you strengthen and tone your back, shoulders, and arms.
