Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do I need to pre-register for the sessions?

A: Pre-registration is essential to efficiently allocate our staff and court resources, and to ensure you get the best clinic rate. Please register before the date listed on the session flyer, as the price increases significantly for those who do not sign up before the first day of classes.

Q: Can I do walk-in classes?

A: Walk-in classes are now explicitly reserved for players who want to try the class for the first time. Players may also walk in under exceptional circumstances, such as a high school match getting rained out. We ask all others to pre-register.

Q: What if I need to make up a class?

A: We offer one free make-up class for each session built into the price. If you are going to miss more than one class, we will try our best to fit you into another date, but we can only guarantee space within the one free make-up class. Make-up classes will not carry over from one session to the next.

Q: Why do I need to put a card on file with Springside?

A: We ask all players, whether members or non-members, to register a card on file with us at the front desk. This will make payment for classes seamless and provide transactional clarity.
